Job Description

Support the GM of Strategic Sourcing to enhance the efficiency of the global procurement function.
Ensure category teams adhere to best market practices and fully utilize the internal capabilities, systems, processes, and tools of the Fleet procurement department.
Assist category teams with project delivery and contribute to the development of category strategies, supporting managers in executing these plans.
Manage new and renewal contracts, ensuring compliance and effective contract management.
Engage in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities to strengthen supplier partnerships and enhance performance.
Provide detailed reports and statistics on suppliers and categories to assist the GM and the global Procurement Leadership team in making informed decisions.
Conduct supplier market analysis and organize market intelligence for benchmarking spend comparisons.
Develop effective bidding, negotiation, and pricing strategies to maximize value while adhering to budgets, policies, ethical standards, and audit requirements.
Maintain and enhance procurement policies, processes, and guidelines, ensuring compliance across all procurement activities.
Contribute to the development of a supplier management program with key category suppliers, establishing metrics, performance goals, and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional category teams to drive cost reductions, improve quality, and enhance delivery performance across key metrics.
Represent the company in negotiations and contract reviews with both existing and prospective suppliers.
