Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Own customer requests and source the best training supplier in the market globally at customer locations (Europe, USA, APAC etc.) or any time zones.
Manage the sourcing deals, contracts, delivery and quality for a complete procurement cycle, ensuring on time delivery with the suppliers
Develop and deliver cost savings
Supplier Rationalization and relationship management
Required to coordinate with cross-functional teams, organize and manage the training events.

Manage end-to-end training administration through learning management software used by customers within agreed service levels.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in commodity or service sourcing and management or purchasing and commercial management with a total experience more than 6 years
Experience in working with suppliers in Learning industry will be considered a strong plus.
Experience with sourcing in international markets and supplier quality assessment
Commercial Negotiation skills
Attention to detail and an ability to work easily with others.
Ability to work independently in a flexible and adaptable manner.

Working globally, covering different time zones and languages is key
