As the Strategic Sourcing Manager, Indirect Procurement at Nextracker, a global leader in solar tracking solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for various indirect categories like IT, Professional services, Facilities, MRO, Equipment & Machinery, Software, Marketing, etc. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost savings, innovation, and supplier performance across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned indirect spend categories such as IT services, consulting, marketing, travel, logistics, facilities, MRO, etc. - Develop category strategies aligned with company goals, sustainability, and cost-efficiency targets. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, build sourcing plans, and ensure procurement alignment. - Drive RFx processes, contract negotiations, and supplier selection to ensure optimal value and risk mitigation. - Identify and drive continuous improvement and supplier consolidation opportunities. - Monitor supplier performance, manage KPIs, and foster strong supplier relationships. - Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, ESG standards, and regulatory requirements. - Support cross-functional initiatives involving supply chain, legal, finance, and operations. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 12+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing, renewable energy, or industrial setting. - Proven experience with indirect sourcing categories such as IT, professional services, logistics, etc. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills. - Proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Coupa, NetSuite). - Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
