We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships & B2B Sales Manager to drive growth across North America in the highly trust-driven baby & juvenile products category.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the baby products eco system and who can build long-term, high-value partnerships in US and Canada.

You will own the end-to-end B2B growth strategy, from identifying opportunities and closing partnerships to scaling assortments and driving repeat revenue.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build and manage partnerships with parent communities, state programs, hospitality and more
  • Develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships and become an exprt in this eco system
  • Identify new channels and strategic growth opportunities across North America

B2B Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → onboarding → expansion
  • Drive sell-in, assortment expansion, and seasonal planning with partners
  • Negotiate pricing, MOQs, contracts, and promotional strategies
  • Manage revenue forecasts, pipeline, and performance reporting

Go-to-Market & Execution

  • Partner cross-functionally with product, compliance, operations, logistics, and CX teams
  • Collaborate on line sheets, catalogs, and sales enablement assets
  • Represent our brands at trade shows, buyer meetings, and line reviews


Who You Are

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or wholesale (baby, juvenile, or adjacent consumer goods preferred)
  • Proven experience selling into US & Canadian Organizations
  • Strong understanding of baby product categories, compliance, and buyer expectations
  • Comfortable managing complex sales cycles and enterprise relationships
  • Highly organized, commercially sharp, and relationship-driven
  • Able to balance revenue growth with brand integrity and parent trust


Nice to Have

  • Exposure to nursery furniture, baby gear, feeding, bedding, or apparel
  • Trade show experience (ABC Kids Expo, JPMA, etc.)
