Role Overview:

As a Strategic Associate at VPLAK, you will play a key role in driving business performance through strategic planning, execution, and process optimization. You will work directly with senior management to analyze business data, identify opportunities, streamline operations, and support cross-functional initiatives that impact growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement strategic business initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Track performance metrics and prepare analytical reports for management review.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams for project execution.
• Support decision-making through research, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend actionable improvements.
• Assist in planning quarterly and annual business reviews and strategic roadmaps.
• Manage execution timelines, ensuring deliverables are met within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in business strategy, consulting, operations, or analytics.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
