Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Conceptualization: Develop content ideas that align with the client's political objectives, campaign goals, and target audience. Research: Conduct in-depth research on political issues, public sentiment, and competitor strategies. Planning: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Creative Development: Scripting: Oversee the scripting process, ensuring that the narrative is compelling and politically coherent. What you'll do: Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. Develop engaging motion graphics and animated content for in-app experiences, product features, and marketing campaigns. Create and execute a motion design system, animation guidelines and micro-interaction patterns to ensure platform consistency. Conceptualise, ideate, and produce end-to-end campaign animation from initial storyboarding ideas to export-ready designs. Incorporate lightweight, scalable animations using tools like Lottie to support product design. Maintain a striking, out-of-the-box creative approach that aligns with the brand and elevates user experience. Manage multiple animation projects while meeting deadlines and optimising workflows with product and marketing teams. What you'll need: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. 4+ experience in graphic and motion design with a great focus on UI/UX micro-interactions and in-app marketing animations. Proficiency with required desktop tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and Lottie (or similar animation tools). A strong eye for visual composition and conceptual skills with an eye for detail. Able to give and receive constructive criticism. Who will excel?
