Social Media Intern

What You’ll Do

• Research and ideate trending reel concepts and campaign ideas.
• Help plan and schedule posts for brands across industries.
• Assist in writing captions, hooks, and trend-based copy.
• Track insights and engagement data — and translate numbers into ideas.
• Coordinate with design and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.
• Participate in content shoots, brainstorms, and meme madness.

What We’re Looking For

• A creative thinker who scrolls with purpose (and screenshots trends).
• Obsessed with Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn content formats.
• Comfortable expressing ideas — writing, storyboarding, or pitching.
• A strong sense of aesthetics — you know what looks good and why.
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn the ropes of agency life.
• Bonus: Basic understanding of Canva, CapCut, or social scheduling tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (or pursuing) in

  Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, Media, or related fields

  .
• Prior experience in handling social pages, college fests, or freelance content work.
• Strong command over English and pop-culture awareness.
• Enthusiasm > Experience — we value attitude and creativity more than a long résumé.
