- Will be responsible for providing customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers, answer enquiries, and provide information about products and services.
- Receive goods, stacking of products, display on bays, etc;
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Manage cash transactions, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean and organized store.
Previous experience in customer service is desired, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers may also apply.
