Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions.
Assist customers with product selection, answer queries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain store appearance standards by ensuring shelves are fully stocked, products are faced out correctly, and the store is clean and organized.
Support sales activities such as promotions, discounts, and special offers to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in retail sales or related field (supermarket/grocery).
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Basic knowledge of cashier activities and store operations.
