Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of customer service representatives to achieve service excellence. Qualifications: Minimum 12th standard pass 3-4 years of experience in customer service within the retail sector, with 2-4 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices in a grocery retail environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and foster a positive team culture. Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in Bengali & Hindi and working knowledge of English Attributes: Strong leadership and people management skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
