Store Manager

Responsibilities

· Receive and verify raw materials upon arrival and ensure timely documentation and entry.

· Properly store raw materials in designated areas within the warehouse as per storage norms.

· Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method is followed to manage shelf life and prevent expiry or wastage.

· Issue raw materials to production as per the indents, ensuring accurate quantity and batch tracking.

· Maintain real-time inventory records and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.

· Organize and label inventory systematically to ensure efficient retrieval and minimal stock losses.

· Coordinate with Quality Assurance for clearance and compliance checks before stocking or issuing raw material.

· Participate in monthly/quarterly inventory audits and stock reconciliations.

· Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the warehouse as per SOPs and industry standards.

Qualifications

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse/store operations, preferably in a cosmetic, pharma, or FMCG manufacturing setup.

· Strong knowledge of raw material handling and inventory management systems.

· Familiarity with shelf-life tracking, FIFO method, and stock rotation principles.

· Good organizational and communication skills.

· Working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) is a plus.

· Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Graduate in any discipline. A diploma or certification in Warehouse Management/Inventory Control will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
