Qualifications Required: - Male candidate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in fashion or lifestyle segments. - Bachelors degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field. - Strong leadership and team-handling experience. - Ability to handle women-centric retail environments professionally and sensitively. - Comfortable using sales software, Excel, and reporting tools. - Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required.
