Store Manager

Experience Required: 4–10 Years

We are seeking an experienced Store / Inventory Manager with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in managing inventory, warehouse/store operations, and team supervision. The role involves ensuring accurate stock control, timely availability of materials, proper storage, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, receipts, issues, and stock levels
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
• Monitor stock movement and prevent shortages or overstocking
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
• Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Implement inventory control procedures and best practices
• Supervise store staff and allocate duties effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies
• Handle damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory
• Use inventory management software / ERP systems effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 4–5 years of proven experience in store or inventory management
• Strong knowledge of inventory control methods (FIFO, LIFO, ABC analysis)
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of audits and compliance standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
