Position Overview: Looking for a passionate and experienced Showroom Sales Manager to lead our furniture showroom. This role is critical in driving sales performance, maintaining high visual and operational standards, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring every customer receives a world-class shopping experience. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of sales acumen, leadership skills, and a deep appreciation for interior design and furniture aesthetics. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, train, and manage the showroom sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Establish performance goals and ensure regular evaluation and feedback to staff. Foster a positive team culture focused on results, customer service, and continuous learning. Plan and execute staff schedules to maintain adequate showroom coverage. Sales Strategy & Customer Engagement: Implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company goals. Personally engage with high-value clients to close deals and build strong relationships. Ensure the team provides expert advice on furniture design, customization, and layout planning. Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint. Showroom Operations & Visual Merchandising: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere. Design and maintain visually appealing product displays that highlight design trends and drive footfall. Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional setups and in-store campaigns. Sales Process Management: Ensure seamless execution of sales, from initial inquiry to final delivery. Oversee accurate documentation and communication of order details to the production team. Monitor lead conversion and coordinate with Field Sales Executives for effective follow-ups. Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor showroom inventory and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain optimum stock levels. Identify fast- and slow-moving items to guide replenishment and display strategies. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, especially repeat and high-value customers. Gather and report customer insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and service quality. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail showroom management , preferably in the furniture or home interiors industry. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of furniture products , materials, and interior design trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Results-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in managing showroom operations, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
