Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing detailed information on furniture products, designs, materials, and customization options. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions based on style, space, functionality, and budget. Guide customers in choosing the right fabric, finishes, and color combinations to match their interiors. Provide accurate sales details to the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment. Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure lead conversion and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with Field Sales Executives to schedule home visits or site measurements when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom that reflects the brand's aesthetic and product range. Assist in rearranging displays, setting up new furniture layouts, and placing promotional materials. Collect and document customer feedback regarding furniture quality, design, and showroom experience. Build strong customer relationships through regular communication and personalized service. Stay updated on furniture trends, ergonomics, and interior design concepts to better assist customers. Participate in skill development activities aimed at transitioning into roles like Showroom Manager or handling large-scale project orders. Collaborate with the internal team to resolve customer queries and ensure post-sale service satisfaction.
