Job Title: Store Manager – Tisva Lighting Location: 15NE, Laxmi Industrial Estate, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400053 Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Head Job Summary: As the Store Manager of a Tisva Lighting showroom, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining premium customer service standards, and ensuring the store reflects the luxury and innovation associated with the Tisva brand. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and build strong customer and influencer relationships (architects, interior designers, builders). Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service Drive daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets for the store. Deliver a personalized, high-end shopping experience to customers. Handle walk-ins, inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups. Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, architects, and designers. Upsell and cross-sell lighting solutions to maximize revenue. Team Management Recruit, train, and motivate store staff. Allocate tasks and manage staff schedules. Set daily sales targets and review team performance regularly. Conduct regular product training and ensure staff is well-versed in technical details. Store Operations Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and merchandised as per brand guidelines. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with HO/warehouse for stock replenishment. Maintain records for sales, returns, and daily reports. Oversee billing, cash management, and store expenses. Visual Merchandising Implement seasonal and promotional displays. Maintain lighting installations and showroom aesthetics to reflect Tisva’s premium brand image. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Maintain a database of clients and leads. Ensure timely follow-up, after-sales service, and customer satisfaction. Collect and address customer feedback and complaints professionally. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Knowledge of premium/luxury retail (home décor/lighting preferred) Sales and target-driven mindset Basic understanding of lighting concepts and interior aesthetics (training can be provided) Tech-savvy; familiar with POS, billing software, CRM systems Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field 3–5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in premium or lifestyle products Prior experience as a store manager or assistant manager is preferred Working Conditions: 6-day work week Occasional visits to client sites or project locations About Tisva: Tisva is a premium lighting brand from Usha International Limited.
