We are looking for a reliable and self-driven Store Manager cum Salesperson to take full ownership of daily store operations. This role involves managing inventory, handling customer service, driving sales, and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, and has a strong sales mindset with the ability to multitask independently.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing duties
-Greet and assist customers, provide product information, and drive sales
-Maintain inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate reordering
-Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation
-Handle billing, cash, and daily sales reports
-Build customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction
-Take full accountability for the store’s performance
Requirements:
-Proven experience in retail sales or store management for 2+ years
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Basic knowledge of inventory and billing systems
