Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure smooth customer experience and handle escalations.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain operational standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail industry.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer handling ability.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing store KPIs.
