Job Description

Role Overview: As a Store Manager with a Luxury Retail Brand, your primary responsibility will be to ensure sales and margins are in line with agreed budgets. You will be leading a team, providing training, motivation, and managing their performance. Additionally, you will be in charge of Visual Merchandising, maintaining high mystery shopping scores, and establishing strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
