Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlet at Rishikesh. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the store, manage staff, optimize sales performance, and uphold excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all store operations and ensure high operational efficiency.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales staff and support personnel.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to manage stock levels.
Drive sales targets and implement strategies to enhance store profitability.
Ensure visual merchandising and store displays are maintained to brand standards.
Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, footfall data, and staff performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Oversee daily cash handling, billing, and banking procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience (4-5 years) as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with a strong customer orientation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
