Store Manager- should be knowledge, casting / forging /machine components industry

Receipt &checking all incoming materials, which has received from vendor as per proper invoice. Like PO no, type part code, GRN and units, Receipt inspection.

 ToTakedelivery of inward consignment & supervise the entire stores and warehouse. Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental

 Handling stores inventory & stock verification counting once in month,

 Prepare andmaintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, and goods used or issued. Also triplicate challan copies, delivery challan, rejection challan, rejection note & all store related documents.

 Issue or distribute materials, products, parts from SAP system on FIFO basis supplies to customers based on information from incoming requisitions & posting are done in systems at time to time.

Knowledge of SAP, ERP, operating system to process.

Prepare GSTchallan as per customer requirement.

 CreateSTOthenDelivery in SAP for transfer material to other location

 Createnewpart code, update the price and HSN code.  Followupwith transporter for dispatch material.

 Prepare manual GST challan for within Maharashtra.
