Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Store Manager at RN Industrial Electricals Private Limited. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient management and profitability of the store. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also manage staff performance and enhance store operations. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills Experience in Store Management Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies Excellent leadership and organizational skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
