Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive sales and achieve business targets for revenue, profitability, and ROI.
Lead daily store operations including sales planning, staff management, and inventory control.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective complaint handling and personalized service.
Implement visual merchandising, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities.
Maintain stock levels, product mix, and coordinate with merchandising teams.
Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Recruit, train, and develop store staff; ensure a culture of performance and teamwork.
Conduct customer engagement activities like events, loyalty programs, and store promotions.
Ensure smooth rollout of national and regional schemes.
Regularly review staff performance and provide incentives based on results.
