Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Stay up to date on current fashion trends and ensure the store reflects seasonal styles and brand image.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that align with the brands identity and seasonal promotions.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention strategies.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a high-performing and fashion-savvy team.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to make informed business decisions and drive performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
• Plan and execute in-store events and promotions to increase brand awareness and traffic.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion retail.
• Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of styling, trends, and customer preferences.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of retail operations, POS systems, and inventory software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Fashion, Business, or related field is preferred.
