As a Store Manager for Recliner Furniture in Bhiwandi (Thane) Maharashtra, India, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations in the furniture industry. With a minimum educational qualification of BE/B.Tech, B.SC, MBA/PGDM and at least 5 years of retail experience, you will be expected to demonstrate a proven track record of driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, managing inventory, logistics, and supply chain, as well as ensuring store maintenance and visual merchandising to enhance the overall customer experience.
