Job Description

  • Coordination with Sales team, internal departments and customers to update status or orders in process.
  • Manage dispatch from various locations and share details with sales team and customers.
  • Follow up with sales teams for orders ready with production.
  • Manage and plan Installations of the products.
  • Update various data in the spreadsheet for reporting and analysis.
  • The coordinator will be dealing with Sales, Operations, Production, Finance & Installation teams over phone and email.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (sales support/coordinator).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
