Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day retail store operations 
• Responsible for achievement of assigned daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets of the store
• Responsible for implementing and managing Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) as decided by the Company on time to time basis
• Responsible for ensuring high standard of customer service by self and the team
• Responsible for maintaining requisite store standards as per brand guidelines
• To resolve Customer grievances effectively and as per the policy of the company
• Responsible for Shrinkage free operations
• Required to do effective collaboration with Retail Planning Team for maintaining sufficient and planned stock in the store
• Responsible to recruit human resources as per the planned proto at the store in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Team
• Responsible for maintaining a database of existing & potential Customers and initiate regular follow ups.        
• Responsible for facilitating internal stock Audit and stock transfer in & transfer out.
• Responsible for ensuring smooth POS operations
• Responsible for effective follow up with various Corporate teams to ensure smooth functioning of the store
• Responsible for Cash Management, Petty Cash Management & Daily cash Deposits in the bank as per the process defined by the company.    
• Responsible for the discipline, training and motivation of sales team.    
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining various registers and documents such as Stock Registers, Global Count Registers, Attendance Registers, Cash book, Debit Vouchers, Delivery Orders and GRN forms etc.
• Managing Visual Merchandising standards of the stores as required by the brand and the company
• Responsible for engaging team effectively in various areas of their work to ensure high level of engagement among the team, high productivity and lower attrition of employees.
• Maintaining the ambience, atmospherics and physical standards of the store as per the company standards.
• Preparing and providing Various Monthly/Weekly/Daily & other reports as required by management.    
• Responsible for the growth and learning of each and every staff.
• Responsible for ensuring safety and security of the company assets in all conditions.
• Responsible to manage statutory compliance related activities at the store as per the HO guidelines
• Responsible for managing team under his purview. Responsible for keeping the team motivated and resolving disputes effectively and impartially within the policy framework of the company.
