Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Oversee sales team performance, provide guidance on customer service standards, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Ensure effective stock control systems are in place to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize losses.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales revenue through promotions, product displays, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment that reflects the company's brand image.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail or furniture industry with expertise in stores management.
  • Strong knowledge of products such as furniture, home furnishings, inside sales, retail operations, retail sales, showroom sales.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and customer service and customer interaction is important.
