Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Oversee sales team performance, provide guidance on customer service standards, and resolve customer complaints.
Ensure effective stock control systems are in place to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize losses.
Develop strategies to increase sales revenue through promotions, product displays, and visual merchandising.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment that reflects the company's brand image.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in retail or furniture industry with expertise in stores management.
Strong knowledge of products such as furniture, home furnishings, inside sales, retail operations, retail sales, showroom sales.
Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and customer service and customer interaction is important.
