*Job Summary:*
Patel Enterprises is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations at our factory unit. The ideal candidate will manage incoming and outgoing materials, maintain accurate stock records, coordinate with the production and purchase departments, and ensure smooth flow of materials for factory operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Receive, inspect, and issue materials for production and maintenance.
Maintain stock registers and update daily in Excel.
Track stock levels and report shortages.
Coordinate with factory and purchase departments.
Ensure safe storage, labeling, and cleanliness in the store.
Conduct periodic stock audits and manage dispatch/returns.
*Requirements:*
1–2 years of experience in store or inventory management (factory background preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and manual stock records
Good understanding of material handling and documentation
Physically fit to manage loading/unloading supervision
Strong organizational and communication skills
Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
