Job Description – Store Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update accurate inventory records in Tally systems.

2. Oversee inward and outward stock movement with proper documentation and approvals.

3. Supervise and streamline e-commerce order processing including packing, dispatch, and logistics tracking.

4. Coordinate with production and purchase teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.

5. Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

6. Barcoding knowledge to keep track of inventory.

7. Record GRNs, challans, and invoices in Tally with 100% accuracy.

8. Maintain systematic documentation for audits, statutory requirements, and compliance.

9. Track and reconcile stock discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.

10. Lead, train, and supervise the store team for smooth day-to-day operations.

11. Ensure proper storage, handling, and FIFO practices for inventory management.

12. Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and courier partners for timely deliveries and dispatches.

13. Implement inventory control techniques to reduce wastage and stock outs.

14. Ensure timely reporting to management and provide insights for demand forecasting.

15. Good working knowledge of MS Word & Excel (advanced skills like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reports).

Requirements:

· Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics (preferred).

· Minimum 5–7 years of experience in inventory and warehouse/store management.

· Strong knowledge of Tally / Inventory Management Software.

· Hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and dispatch management.

· Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

· Analytical mind set to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.

· Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
