Job Description

Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Management

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Maintain store hygiene, product display, and visual merchandising standards
Manage inventory, stock availability, and timely replenishment

Sales & Performance

Achieve monthly sales targets and drive overall business growth
Monitor store KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance
Guide and motivate the sales team for consistent results

Customer Service

Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalations
Provide accurate product knowledge on frames, lenses & offers
Supervise eye-testing process and ensure service quality

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and train store staff
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and discipline
Conduct coaching sessions for performance improvement

Reporting & Compliance

Manage billing accuracy, cash handling & daily reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards
Coordinate with Area Manager & central teams as required

Training:

Mandatory
22 days of functional training
at
Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
Training includes product knowledge, sales process, store operations, customer handling & eye testing
Salary starts from
Day 1 of training

Requirements:

Strong communication & leadership skills
Customer-first mindset
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, POS)
Ability to manage a team and handle store operations independently

Education & Experience:

12th pass
candidates can apply
with 6 years of experience letter
Graduation completed
candidates can apply
with 4 years of experience letter
