Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining high standards of service and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor performance against monthly/quarterly goals.
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain proper stock levels, oversee inventory management, and minimize shrinkage.
• Ensure visual merchandising and product displays are attractive and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and performance reports with management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance to maintain efficiency.
• Build a positive and professional store culture that aligns with Kallarackal’s values.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager/Assistant Manager in retail (preferably fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle products).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of stock management and retail software.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/Retail (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
