Key Responsibilities: Content Creation Plan, create, and curate engaging content (images, videos, captions, stories, reels) that aligns with brand identity and seasonal campaigns. Work closely with photographers and store team for product highlights and customer-based content. Social Media Management Manage daily operations of our social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Maintain a consistent posting schedule with high-quality, on-brand content. Community Engagement Monitor and respond to all DMs, comments, and mentions in a professional and timely manner. Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant online communities to increase brand loyalty and visibility. Post Scheduling & Campaign Planning Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar to schedule and optimize posts across platforms. Collaborate with the team to plan weekly/monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track content performance using basic insights (reach, engagement, etc.) Suggest improvements based on data and trends.
