Roles & Responsibilities 1. Convert Customers requirements received through Indents from TSS, into documents required by Customers. 2. Prepare & submit project Instrument & Electrical equipments (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc) drawing (GADs) & documents as required by Customer/Consultants. 3. Expedite document submission & approvals from Customer / Consultants & update document submission schedules regularly. 4. Create aggregate BOM of Instrument & Electrical equipment (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc.). Ensure that all requirements as per the KSB QMS and other systems are being followed. 5. Closely coordinate with vendor & get the documents to fulfil the documentation requirement, 6. Co-ordinate for redressal of issues related to various departments like PM&PS, TSS, Purchase and production to ensure smooth progress of project. 7. Intern department (TSS, PM & PS, Purchase) co-ordination to ensure timely delivery of documents without commercial impacts (LDs, penalties etc.) if applicable Preferred Candidates D.M.E. Major Responsibilities:Witnessing the testing of valves as per QAP/GAD/ITP and clear for next processCarrying out Final inspection of traded valves as per the QAP/GAD/ITP/ KSB PO.Carrying out visual inspection of traded valves before dispatch.Analyzing process quality issues (like leakages) taking corrective actions by coordinating with traded valve supplier.Carrying out present supplier or new supplier audit and to ensure the requirements as per QMS/EMS/ OHAS.Coordinate with TPI for Witnessing the testing of traded valves as per QAP/GAD/ITP and get the IRN from TPI and to clear for next processCheck all documents as per QAP/ITP/ GAD and clear for painting or next process.Check all documents as per QAP/ITP/ GAD and get the approval from TPI /Client and clear for painting or next process.Carry out inspection of painted vales and clear for dispatch.Carrying out PMI exam of internal components before assembly if applicable.
