Development of ASC (Authorized Service Centres) Preferred candidate profile # BE or Diploma in Electricals or Electronic or Mechanical Engineering. # 5 to 8 years for BE , 8 to 10 Years for Diploma # Solar Service industry & Installation, Commissioning is preferred . # In-Depth Knowledge of Solar Pumping Systems. # Domain knowledge of PUMP, AC/DC MOTOR & Solar Controller

Post-Graduation in HR/ MSW/ MPM / MLL& LW Diploma in Labour Laws Relevant experience in manufacturing / Engineering industry 3 to 6 years in HR & Employee Relations, Labour Welfare Functional Skills: Fair Knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliances Hands on experience in Recruitment & Training processes Knowledge of HR Processes & Softwares Excellent Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point Excellent Drafting skills – English & Marathi
