Motivation and Engagement: Keep the team motivated to hit sales goals and maintain high morale and customer satisfaction. 3. Safety Ensure a FUN yet safe and clean environment for the Team Members and guests ensuring venue meets the required compliance and safety requirements defined within Funcity Safety Standards. 4. Financial Sales Strategies: Implement and drive sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets. Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the products or services offered to guide both staff and customers. About the Role: Were looking for a passionate Video Editor & Visual Artist whos obsessed with visual storytelling, lives for motion graphics, and thrives on turning ideas into thumb-stopping content. If your brain naturally sees transitions, VFX, and animation when you hear music you’re our kind of creative. What You’ll Do: Craft cinematic edits and visually compelling videos for ads, social media, campaigns, and brand launches. Design and animate motion graphics that bring energy, clarity, and magic to our stories. Create visual effects . Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to shape content that moves the audience and drives action. Experiment with new styles, techniques, and formats to push our content game forward. Understand brand guidelines and still know when to break them (strategically). Role & responsibilities You Bring: 2–3 years of hands-on editing and motion graphics experience (showreel/portfolio mandatory). Expertise in After Effects , Da Vinci Resolve , and Blender (you’re comfortable jumping between tools). A solid eye for composition, pace, color, and rhythm . Passion for ad-making , storytelling, and branded visuals. Bonus if you’ve worked on kids' content, gaming, or entertainment brands.
