Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Mumbai. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling customer service. Additional duties include implementing store policies, ensuring retail loss prevention, maintaining a high level of communication with employees and customers, and ensuring overall store management.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication skills
Store Management skills and experience
Knowledge in Retail Loss Prevention techniques
Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a team
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
