Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee the customer-facing operations of the store in Hosapete, Karnataka , ensuring a seamless and pleasant shopping experience.

Implement and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and improve the store's performance.

Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold quality standards and operational efficiency.

Focus on driving conversion rates and sales by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies.

Generate leads and actively seek new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience in Business Development, with a proven track record in lead generation.

Proficiency in analyzing reports and using data analytics to track and report key functional metrics.

Ability to identify areas to reduce expenses and improve operational effectiveness.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and work towards achieving sales targets consistently.
