Store manager - Hosapete - Karnataka (FOFO)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the customer-facing operations of the store in Hosapete, Karnataka, ensuring a seamless and pleasant shopping experience.
• Implement and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and improve the store's performance.
• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold quality standards and operational efficiency.
• Focus on driving conversion rates and sales by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies.
• Generate leads and actively seek new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Business Development, with a proven track record in lead generation.
• Proficiency in analyzing reports and using data analytics to track and report key functional metrics.
• Ability to identify areas to reduce expenses and improve operational effectiveness.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and work towards achieving sales targets consistently.
