Store Manager

This role is the heartbeat of the venue. You’ll be responsible for ensuring everything on the floor—from console sessions to customer comfort—is handled with efficiency, care, and style. You’ll run the day like it’s your own setup and make sure every guest leaves smiling. 💼 Daily Responsibilities • Open and close the venue on time and with complete readiness • Greet and onboard guests with energy and warmth • Help customers choose games based on their interest or mood • Set up consoles, racing rigs, and headsets as per booking schedules • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and vibe across the space • Track ongoing sessions and manage extensions, swaps, or overflows • Add F&B orders and close bills with accurate tracking • Handle in-the-moment issues like network lags, guest confusion, or booking errors 📆 Weekly & Monthly Responsibilities • Run routine inventory checks (snacks, beverages, hardware supplies) • Support in event or tournament execution when required • Share simple shift logs or incident notes for internal records • Assist with visual upkeep and display adjustments 🧩 What We’re Looking For • Experience: 1–2 years in retail, F&B, hospitality, or similar floor-facing roles • Reliability: You show up on time and know how to run the space without micromanagement • Composure: You keep calm and think clearly even when it gets busy • Warmth & Professionalism: You’re friendly, polite, and know how to read a room • Ownership: You treat the studio like it’s your own and take pride in the experience you deliver • Bonus if: You love gaming, or are open to learning quickly and diving in  ✨ Why This Role Is Special This isn’t a regular retail job.
