Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Description:
Futura Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee all store operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of inventory management, vendor coordination, and purchasing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations including material receipt, storage, and issue of goods.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely entry of all stock in/out transactions.
• Handle purchasing of raw materials, consumables, and tools as per production requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and transporters to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and prepare material requirement reports for management.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure material storage and handling as per safety and quality standards.
• Manage return materials, rejected items, and maintain records of debit/credit notes.
• Supervise store staff and ensure discipline, cleanliness, and systematic arrangement in the store.
• Report daily stock position and pending purchase/dispatch updates to the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Store Manager or Store Keeper in a manufacturing company.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of purchase and logistics processes.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
