*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store in Manali. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store appearance.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage and achieve sales targets, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Provide excellent customer service, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues promptly
- Manage inventory, conduct stock checks, and ensure accurate inventory levels
- Visual merchandising, store displays, and maintain store appearance
- Supervise and motivate sales team, provide training and coaching to improve performance
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security
- Monitor and control store expenses, implement cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate with visual merchandiser and other teams to achieve brand standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements
*Requirements:*
- 1-3 years of experience in retail management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
