Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our electronics retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, sales performance, staff supervision, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in driving revenue, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring a premium shopping experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service

  • Drive store sales to meet and exceed targets.
  • Monitor and improve customer service standards; resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Promote high-ticket items and new electronic products through effective upselling and in- store promotions.
  • Maintain high product knowledge on electronics (mobile phones, laptops, TVs, accessories, etc.)

Team Management

  • Train, supervise, and motivate store staff.
  • Schedule staff shifts and ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and staff meetings.
  • Foster a positive and performance-driven store culture.Inventory & Merchandising
  • Oversee inventory levels and stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams for timely product availability.
  • Ensure accurate stock audits and minimize shrinkage/losses.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with brand guidelines.

Operations & Reporting

  • Manage daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular sales and performance reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and legal requirements (billing, warranties, tax invoicing, etc.)
  • Handle cash flow, billing, returns, and payment reconciliations efficiently.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the electronics sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic products and current industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven with a customer-first mind-sets.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in POS systems, MS Office, and inventory software.
