Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in jewellery or fashion retail (Store Management experience preferred)

Language: Fluent in English & local language (mandatory)

Qualification: Minimum Graduation (12th pass candidates with strong experience can also apply)

• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and product display.

• Implement sales strategies, promotions, and upselling techniques.

• Train and mentor sales staff to maintain service and presentation standards.

• Monitor store performance and prepare regular sales reports.

• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in jewellery or fashion retail, including store management.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Fluent in English and local language.

Well-groomed, customer-focused, and business-driven personality.

Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
