Product Knowledge : Stay updated on the latest collections and trends in gold and silver jewelry. Educate customers on jewelry care and maintenance. Store Operations : Ensure the store displays are well-maintained and appealing. Assist with inventory management and replenishment. Customer Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Address customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Requirements Experience : Minimum 2 years in retail jewelry sales, with a strong preference for candidates from gold or silver jewelry backgrounds. Sales Skills : Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets; knowledge of monthly sales incentive structures is a plus. Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Customer Focus : A friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
