Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Store Manager to join our team at ACME SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in retail management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance.
Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to increase revenue.
Maintain high customer service standards and resolve complaints.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of retail management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
