Job Description

Looking for a skilled Store Keeper to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure accurate inventory management, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and identify trends.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
