The Project Manager will be responsible for Execution, planning, coordination & billing of road construction project to ensure timely completion, quality standards, budget adherence, and compliance with regulatory standards. Detailed job description is as follows: Assistance in Tendering for new projects Project Execution (from site location) once the new project is awarded Billing & Project Scope Management Coordinating with Independent Engineer & MoRTH/NHAI on behalf of the company and representing the company at various forums Contract Management, Drafting letters, replies etc. Arranging Labour Contractors for the project Education: B.Tech (Civil) or above. Diploma candidates need not apply. Experience: Minimum 20 years Prior experience of completion of a Highway project (achieving COD) as a Project Head is must
Role & responsibilities Should be aware of IRC Specification. Regarding Quality Assurance at site for Both Highway and Structure works. Preferred candidate profile BE/B. Tech- civil, Min 5 Years of Experience Of highway Projects.

Candidate should be an expert in repair & maintenance of road construction machinery - Hywa/Tipper, Transit Mixer, Motor Grader, Excavator, Soil Compactor, Tandem Roller, Paver, Hot mix Plant, Batching Plant, Back Hoe Loader, Wheel Loader, D.G Set etc. 2. Candidate should have knowledge of Engine, Hydraulics, transmission etc. 3. Candidate should have experience of erection & working of Hotmix Plant, Concrete Batching Plant 4. Roles and Responsibilities Use of surveying instruments (e.g. Total Station) and tools to produce road layout Performing construction surveys to establish lines and grades within the construction site Keep daily written records of work performed Provide topographic surveys at construction site Provide horizontal/vertical profile of the roads including vertical/horizontal curves Provide calculations and records in support of all survey activities Lead others in the survey work and make computations for surveys Candidate must have good working knowledge of Autocad & Total Station. He must be able to lead the survey team independently for a highway project.

Identifying & Preparation of Extra Items/Change of Scope Preparation of Extra Items/Change of Scope estimates for Work to be executed at site but not in original scope of work 3. Developing, monitoring, and updating detailed Project Schedules & Planning 4. Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports & any other details required by Client 5. Preparation of Project Budget for Cost Control 6. Preparation of Reconciliation of Major materials Preferred candidate profile 1. Candidate should have done Client billing for at least 3 Government EPC/Item Rate/HAM Projects for Road/Bridge construction work 2. Candidate should have prepared the Final Bill for an EPC/HAM contract 3. Candidate should have worked on relevant software like Road Estimator, MS Project, Primavera, Autocad etc. 4. Candiate should be familiar with relevant Codes of IRC 5. Candidate should possess good written communication skills 6. 10+ Years experience in road projects.
