1. Client Billing Raising RA bills in a timebound manner
2. Identifying & Preparation of Extra Items/Change of Scope Preparation of Extra Items/Change of Scope estimates for Work to be executed at site but not in original scope of work
3. Developing, monitoring, and updating detailed Project Schedules & Planning
4. Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports & any other details required by Client
5. Preparation of Project Budget for Cost Control
6. Preparation of Reconciliation of Major materials
1. Candidate should have done Client billing for at least 3 Government EPC/Item Rate/HAM Projects for Road/Bridge construction work
2. Candidate should have prepared the Final Bill for an EPC/HAM contract
3. Candidate should have worked on relevant software like Road Estimator, MS Project, Primavera, Autocad etc.
4. Candiate should be familiar with relevant Codes of IRC
5. Candidate should possess good written communication skills
6. 10+ Years experience in road projects.
