Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all inventory-related activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing of goods. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery of goods. Analyze inventory data and trends to forecast future inventory needs and adjust stock levels accordingly. Supervise and train the inventory management team to ensure compliance with company policies. Maintain inventory records and prepare reports for senior management. Implement best practices in inventory management to optimize storage space and reduce costs. QualificationsProven experience as a store manager or in inventory management, preferably in a retail or warehouse setting. Strong understanding of inventory management software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team. Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and team members. A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
