Our mission is to create modern, aesthetic, and functional living spaces that reflect our clients’ personalities while ensuring durability and elegance. ⸻ Job Description – Inside Sales Executive Position: Inside Sales Executive Location: Bhubaneswar (Head Office) Experience: minimum 1–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply) ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries for interior design and modular furniture services. • Generate leads through cold calling, database follow-ups, and digital platforms. • Explain company products and services (modular kitchen, wardrobe, doors, and interior solutions) to potential clients. • Coordinate with the design and project teams to schedule client meetings and presentations. • Follow up with clients post-quotation to ensure lead conversion and deal closures. • Maintain CRM/lead tracking sheets for daily reporting and pipeline management. • Assist the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns and driving franchise inquiries. • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. ⸻ Key Skills Required: • Excellent verbal & written communication (English, Hindi, Odia preferred). • Persuasive, proactive, and result-oriented personality. • Basic understanding of modular furniture/interior products is a plus. • Strong follow-up skills and ability to build rapport with clients. • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. ⸻ Educational Qualification: • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred). ⸻ Salary & Benefits: • salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (based on experience and performance). • Performance-based bonuses & growth opportunities. • Exposure to high-end interior projects and franchise development.
